I picked up a paintbrush before I picked up a pencil for school. Growing up in San José, Costa Rica, I trained under professional painting instructors and competed internationally, earning Gold and Silver medals in Japan and top honors in Costa Rica's national competitions.
My art lives at the intersection of the organic and the electric. I'm drawn to color as emotion, to line as language, and to the tension between chaos and control. Whether working in acrylic on canvas or building worlds digitally, my work is always personal.
