Art has always been my first language. Design came after, but painting never left.
I picked up a paintbrush before I picked up a pencil for school. Growing up in San José, Costa Rica, I trained under professional painting instructors and competed internationally, earning medals in Japan and top honors in Costa Rica's national competitions.
My art lives at the intersection of the organic and the electric. I'm drawn to color as emotion, to line as language, and to the tension between chaos and control. Whether I'm working in acrylic on canvas or building worlds digitally, the work is always personal.
That same eye for composition, hierarchy, and emotional pull is what I bring to every brand, website, and design system. AI can generate a hundred images in a minute. Knowing which one is right is taste, and taste is trained here.
